The staff greeted me with such kindness. They upgraded me to a room. this beautiful room included a jacuzzi and a balcony. the staff was also warm and responsive.
The pool was closed one afternoon. This affected our schedule slightly.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower I selected the Beautiful Double or Twin Room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. The rooftop restaurant had very nice views of the city skyline and offered great service.

The location was PRIME for exploring. The staff was attentive, and Ahmed REALLY took care of things. He arranged a tour for us and coordinated with the taxi. He ensured the taxi was confirmed and arrived on time to take us to the airport.
The sauna and steam room are charged per use . I found this ridiculous, so I did not use them. The continental breakfast lacked labels. This posed an issue for people with allergies. I think food should be labeled.
